I have had problems with mine for the past 7 years. Roger and I are now old friends. I get it fixed, parts replaced, fluids changed, all of a sudden the light will start flickering. It has never locked up, but does not give me piece of mind. One year it started as we went out the driveway for a 2 week trip from MD to NC to SC and back to MD. It stopped flickering on the way from NC to SC. Needless to say it was not a relaxing trip.
We are seriously looking to trade it in now, its a 97 Itasca. Its too bad, I love the unit. Some probs with brakes too, but overall a great unit. I just don't trust it now, and we travel with pets, so more to worry about.
