auto park woes

I believe there have been problems with them and the switch at the actuator needs to be replaced

Did you check the pressure switch at the actuator?
Mine is gray in color and has failed just like the rotten green switch.

I now carry spares of both so that I can repair in the field if needed.

Where is the transmission fluid leaking from? Grey switch, green switch, actuator? If you remove the steel side plate you can see inside where the fluid is leaking from. Like the previous poster I have replaced both switches of 11 years and now carry spares.

Hmm, did you check all the grounds near the buzzer? I do think it probably is in the switch itself though (without seeing it).

Oldusedbear was very helpful to us with the autopark stuff. Change out both green and grey switches and then get spares. It will save you lots of grief!
Whatever you do, you need to fix it asap.

Thanks guys for the input. I changed the green switch & filled the fluid tank up (maybe over filled it) when I turned the key on it poured out but I couldn't tell where from. It looked like it was from under the tank? It was not from the green switch or the grey switch for sure. But now there is fluid about half way between the min & max & it no longer leaks but the auto park light is still on & the alarm continues to sound. I went a head & pulled the grey switch & Wil replace it as soon as the new one arrives.

Indeed, Roger is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge of the AutoPark system.

In my experience, I suggest also changing out the relay while you are replacing the switches. It seems to fail after you have had problems with the switches.
