Concrete driveway or pavers for A?

I just had a pad poured for RV garage. 6" thick with mesh. My 4" has cracked under weight where I was parking MH.

I think you'll find pavers do not work for a MH pad. The ground will settle under the pavers where you drive it and even more so where it sets and the pavers will soon be kicked up at odd angles all over the place.

I think that both would look good with the concrete for the tires and jacks and the pavers for the looks or patio. If you want to crawl under the RV then concrete for that too.

I have gravel down now and I am thinking about adding concrete for the tires and engine and front areas or the RV because I do crawl around under it. Right now I use the card board spacers that Costco uses for their paper towel displays, a lot easier on the back compared to the gravel.

We cant Wait is right about the pavers. Concrete is the way to go, but if you like the looks of pavers, have the concrete stamped to the pattern you like.

Thanks for posting "sandy soil" so for pavers you'll need a sub base of compacted crusher run gravel 6" thick plus the cost of the pavers = $$$$$. Assuming a 10' wide driveway I would use 3000 psi with fiber. If it's fairly long I'd make the edges 6" thick for 2' and the middle 4" thick. It needs to be saw cut every 12' to control where it's going to crack.
Since my soil is good red clay I went with 4" 3000/fiber. The only cracks are where I did not saw enough in some of the curves. At 42K lbs but more important 110 tire pressure as soil type and tire pressure are the most important items in deciding thickness.

I would second concrete over pavers. We had the driveway widened at my parents house to provide parking for my rig when I visit. One thing I wish we had done differently was make it about a foot wider. As it is, when the deepest slide is extended it is lined up exactly with the edge of the slab.

As a result, when the lawn service is there I get nervous they might scrape the rig and it makes it hard for them to edge along that part of the drive. Just something to consider when laying it out.

I put down gravel and it works just fine. I have to cross my driveway to park next to the house in the gravel. If you don't like gravel then concrete is the way to go.

I looked a bit but only found a reference to storage on a plastic,ply,cardboard barrier.

I used compacted base, half inch rebar and 6" concrete. Stable and has not cracked. In place for almost 20 years.
