FOUND IT!!! I did a GOOGLE search for the Kwikee # 1101428. Thats IT! Got it from RV Supply Parts for $59.& change. Someone had posted that Dorman # 742-206 was the replacement, but the pictures on the Dorman site are not the one I have.
Someone also listed the replacement from NAPA # BK655-1395, but their site cannot locate any such item #. Thanks all.
