I have not bought anything from Lazy Days, But I have spent time talking with several of their sales folks.. Also spent a half day at the Lazy days facility spending time exploring in detail coaches I had an interest in. If I were to buy from Lazy days, the individual that I would choose to deal with is Greg Raczynski... He was very knowledgeable, and for those questions I asked that he did not know the answer to he said he did not know and would find out...which he did... I have no way to calibrate the delivery or after sales support
The only aspect of my interactions with Lazydays that was a distraction for me is that they work very hard in trying to get one to the next step in the purchase process and they are more skilled and professional doing so than most... Principally by trying to infuse a sense of urgency in committing to buy. The main tactic is selling that the deal/price needs to be jumped on...
So my advice is;
There have been several referrals for a sales person...I have no way to know if one is better than another. Deal with one that you feel comfortable talking with.
Do not be persuaded to alter your choices or timeline.
Get what you agree to in writing including timeline.
There are a few who habitually jump on the boo hiss bandwagon re Lazy Days... If I were in the market, I would have no hesitation in selecting LazyDays as a dealer if the deal and the RV was a match for me.
Good luck in your search...
