Bought our current coach at LD and was very happy with the deal. I think the key to dealing with salespeople, and some of them are very good, some are not, is to set the ground rules early on. There is no way to get to the coaches without going through the office. But once through, all the coaches are unlocked. We told the salesman we were assigned that we were not going to buy that day, but wanted to just look around. We asked for his card and told him that if we saw something we liked we would call him,, which we did.
Because of the age of our Dynasty it came with no warranty. However, after Josams in Orlando told me that there were several mechanical issues which made the coach unsafe to drive, I took it back to LD. Although there was no warranty, they agreed to pay for repairs.
If the deal was good, I'd buy from them again.
