New Palazzo 35.1 Day 1 Problems

It could have been worse. Thor could have turned their back on him. Instead they have given him a larger RV and took back the old one. How often does that happen?

Yes, QC needs to be improved, but honestly, the two things while irritating, are fairly normal and easily fixed.

Well Paul, had you been paying attention it was part of the deal. You buy a coach and trade you lose your behind. He worked it out and seems like he still is, but this sort of worthless kneejerk advice is really uncalled for. Perhaps you have enough money to continue to go through coaches but the rest of us really just want the situation remedied.

Knowing people who have a Thor product and after going thru what he has, I think I'd take the loss and move onto a more reputable builder. I've run into people with Thor products and have heard nothing but bad experiences. Going as far back as 15 - 20yrs when Thor use to build on marginal chassis' and had coaches overweight.

IMO - They DO NOT build a good quality coach, and it now shows with this example. Nobody show have to SETTLE for or put up with this.

This can't be real. These kind of problems can't happen over and over. I don't see other owners of Thor products chiming in with similar issues. You can't be faking it or are a troll attempting to destroy Thor so I conclude you just have really bad luck. You also have enormous patience. I hope you love everything else about it. Obviously these two things can be fixed and quickly. Good luck.

taking a window out is not that big of a deal you don't have to be a master mechanic to do that even CW should be able to do that.if it is the window that is leaking.

I'm betting every new coach buyer has a few small issues covered by warranty, not just this one. No big deal, make an appointment to get them fixed...

I have been very happy with our Thor products but I have to say, If I was Thor, knowing this is the 3rd coach involved, and knowing all the eyes on this, I would have made darn sure there was NO problem with this coach. period. It would have been the best one off the line. Wasn't a water test done? I think the mirror is a loose wire, the harness can be accessed via the panel above the instrument cluster, or in the mirrior arm. But the leak should not have left the factory like that. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
