No Start

OK
1. shift pad illuminate in "N"
2. lights on dash light-upand hear fan
3. no click at starter
4. voltage good

With the key on did you press the on switch on the jack pad before trying to push the retract all button? Can you extend the jacks? The jacks work off hydraulic or electricity not air.
Does the “wait to start light” go out on the dash/warning lights?

with key on I pressed on and tried to retact jacks but not going up,jacks will extend. Don't see “wait to start light” on the dash/warning lights?

what about the slides being out? maybe an override switch?

No slide is in and latched

Do you have an alarm system? Some of them have a lock-out and won't allow the engine to start. No ignition at all. Also check the circuit breakers,the 50 amp ones which should be near the battery compartment. On my Tradewinds,there is a 50 amp for the gennie/jacks on the back of the main fuse panel and another one for the starting system near the starting batteries.

If they go down and not up it sounds like a loose wire or you still may not be getting enough voltage to start it. Check battery Voltage, battery cables and then all fuses. Prob not a fuse. It just sounds to me like you need to charge batteries and clean the cable ends maybe. Good Luck Mate.

The beeping is the low air warning for air bags and brakes. The jacks are hydrolic or electric not air. Wipe the shafts on the jacks with silacone that may help them retract.

Go here (refer to bottom of second page, Figure 3) to download a pdf of the Delco Remy instruction sheet for the starter used on the Cummins ISC. Not sure if that is what you have. Check for 12 volts at the starter SOLENOID when trying to start the engine (not the starter). If you have 12 volts there than either the solenoid is bad or the starter ground is bad. If you do not have 12 volts than there is a problem in the "start permissive" circuit.

As an additional thought, is your "parking break" (the yellow button) in the pulled out/parked position? It may contain an interlock that will not let you start the engine or pull up the levelers.
