Could you point out the part that you believe is derogatory? Because I don't see it. OP described a problem and an inability to correct it. Nothing derogatory there.
Inability to correct?? where u dream that up? the guy had only had it 4 days when he posted his complaint;;At the time they were in the midst of having it repaired?? we have never heard back anything else
to me the guys crying wolfe here; its a brand new 2018 design and has a glitch in a electric control system;; It will get fixed some things are not as perfect as one imagines in their minds

My bad. I meant an inability to fix up to that point that he posted. I still feel that the OP doesn't owe it to Tiffin to be happy about a problem. Tiffin owed him a problem free coach. I think too many are too willing to accept flawed equipment. The bar appears to be set mighty low.
