The manufacturers, even the good ones like Tiffin, know that they make more money delivering coaches than they do delivering coaches that they know will have few problems. It's a numbers game. Get the coach out, get it sold and then stick the poor bastard who bought the coach with the responsibly of getting it fixed. If someone would write a law/regulation that the owner would be re-reimbursed for all associated expenses related to these warranty issue, these issues would be addressed long before the coach left the factory.
It's us suckers that buy these things and "accept" the fact that they will be flawed. I bought 1 new coach. Never again unless I hit the Powerball tonight!

The guy bought the unit and it failed after owning it for a few days
Tiffin never knowingly sold the unit knowing this electronic control was going to fail;; From what I gather the dealer and Tiffin were working hard to rectify it
