Roadtrek 190 Versatile TV outlets do not work

They could be satellite jacks that are not hooked up to the antenna.

If the outlets are electrical, trace it back to the power source with multi meter.
If you are referring to the cable jacks, one should be for antenna and the other for cable input, and the last for satellite. If you are on the antenna you will need a newer TV with digital tuner to get a signal and then program the tuner for your local stations. Not sure what is required for satellite....never use it. Cable works fine...just search out the cable signals and program the tuner for them.

Does it have an inverter?

I have a vague memory of a GFI outlet at the bottom of the side door on my former '01/'02 Roadtrek Chevy 190 Popular. IIRC, the GFI button were the same ivory color as the rest of the front cover on the outlet, so _very_ unnoticeable. Dunno if those outlets are on that circuit or not. Open the side doors and look along the step area, see if yours is the same.

There was also an outlet for the house A/C way at the back of the deep storage compartment beside the A/C, I think. It may have a GFI, and that may not be readily visible.

Well Jim, you were right about the outlet at the base of the passenger side doors. They are GFI, and those outlets do work. I reset it, and tried again, but no dice. At least I know about them now though, as I doubt I would have seen them otherwise.

So, every outlet in the vehicle works except for the 3 in the media cabinet. Those 3 look like a mini power strip (as opposed to outlets in a wall) and the cord off of the power strip disappears into the wall. My best guess is that the other end plugs into something else, but so far, no luck finding it. Any other ideas? Otherwise, hopefully the dealer knows what to do.

If yours is wired like my 04C190P, the inverter must be on for the the outlet(s) in the media cabinet to work even when plugged in to shore power.

Ok, got it working. Sure enough, the outlets in the media cabinet were nothing more than a small power strip that terminated in an electrical component area under the bed on the driver side. I found that the other end was not plugged in, nor was there anywhere in there to plug it in, so I am not sure why this power strip was installed, but it seems OEM since it runs through the wall.

Anyway, in all that poking around, I found another receptacle. It was mounted on the underside of the media cabinet, right next to some access holes, so I was able to run the power cables through there and plug them in, and all was working well. Thanks for the ideas folks. I have learned a lot about this vehicle in the past 24 hours :)

It sounds like the inverter is missing. They won't be able to watch TV on battery power, they will have to be on shore power, or running the gen-set.

You mention that the inverter is missing. That could be true. If the RT is on shore power, then the outlets work, but if on battery power, or when the Chevy engine is running, the outlets do not function (this RT doesn't have a generator). Are you saying that when the Chevy engine is running, those outlets should work if we have an inverter?
