Ok, so you know there are "Robo-call blockers" the problem is they work too well. There are a few Robots I do accept calls from
Pharmacy "Your refill is ready for pickup"
Doctor "You have an appointment tomorrow at 4pm"
And they will block those as well.
Thankfully my Phone provider flags most of 'em as Scam or Suspected Scam. But short of simply turning the phone off. not much you can do.
IF you can identify the caller.. There is something that you can do, but alas, even tracing the number won't help.. The Scammers use random phone numbers, pick one, make about a thousand calls using that number,, but it's not there number.. One day it was MY number.. That was fun. I did turn my phone off.
You can also do a "White list" call blocking (in fact you can get the app free in the Google app store) It blocks everybody not on your personal contact list.
