After getting daily spam calls from the Red Cross on our land line, I played a YouTube video of the “do do de... the number you have dialed is no longer in service” into the phone. No more calls after that. It may work for a cellphone too if the robo dialers don’t know if it is one. It couldn’t hurt to try.
