None of the smartphone apps are perfect for blocking unwanted calls. I get automated telemarking scam calls only occasionally. Though tend to originate from the same area code/exchange. So use Call Blocker, which allows wildcard blacklists. Subsequently, created a filter for 170386? which blocks all calls from 703-86x-xxxx. Works the majority of times, though not always.
