According to the website you have to call the 800 number and they redeem it through there

To use a merchandise certificate in conjunction with an online purchase you would need to complete your purchase then mail the receipt and the merchandise certificate to the address below. You will receive a refund for the amount of the merchandise certificate. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
