Soliciting calls on home phone.

Two things have almost all but eliminated unwanted calls. BUT, don't know if your phone company has them....
My home phone is with CenturyLink and they offer two services:
1. A recording answers my phone and says this number does not accept sales calls. If you are a marketer hang up immediately. If you are not a marketer press 1 or stay on the line.
If it's a computer calling it will think you answered when the computer answers and the call won't come through. If it's a sales person I tell them I don't deal with companies that can't understand English and hang up. I've never had one call back.\
2. I can also put phone numbers on my do not accept list (up to 25) and they get a recording that we don't accept calls from this number and the computer hangs up.
Very very few sales type calls ever get through and the odd ball one that does I often take great delight in just screwing with... :)
