If you know what company is calling, contact your state Attorney General office. I was getting continuous calls from Palmco power from Brooklyn. I filed a complaint and within a few weeks got an apology from them and and no more calls.
Unfortunately in our area we have Windstream which does not have caller ID unless you go to some high $ package.
