And as stated DON'T overtighten the 4 hold down bolts (accessed by remove ceiling grill cover). They should just be 'snug' to hold A/C unit on roof...gasket does the sealing
The reason you do not overtight the bolts is because if you have a gasket that has been compressed too much, when you overtighten, that makes the 2 drain holes in the drain pan pull down on top of the roof and blocks off the drain holes. Common problem when people tighten the bolts when they see them loose and then they find the water dripping inside. Doug- j-dExplorer IICleaning Process That Might Help
You have to shut power off, remove the plastic shroud, then some sheet metal. You'll then be clearing the Evaporator Coil AND the Drains. - Old-BiscuitExplorer III'Dutch_12078' pretty much covered it.

The roof unit may be too loose on the gasket, allowing condensate to drip through after it runs out of the drip pan drains onto the roof. The fix for that is to simply tighten the bolts from inside the RV to compress the gasket more. Be careful not to over tighten them though. The second possibility is that the drip pan drains are plugged, causing condensate water to run down into the inside panel instead of draining out on the roof. Cleaning the drains will cure that problem.
