I hope I'm posting this in the right spot and please bare with me. This is all very new and every little problem I find seems overwhelming right now. I often find later that it's really not that big a deal.I've been having some minor issues with battery or starter or ignition. Not really sure.When I turn the key to start the engine, there is a hesitation that lasts for a good 2 to 3 seconds before the ignition ignites. At that point (sometimes) the rear camera flutters and I have to remove the fuse for it and put it back in before the camera stops its static.Batteries are all new.Connections are all new.Cameras are new.Stereo new.Fuses all good.What is the fuse ACCLPS? As you can see in the picture, its empty. Does it have to do with the ACC setting on the ignition?The only info I can find online is JEEP related and it sounds like they are having the same sort of ignition issues I'm having.Starter battery drains if left on for too many days (2 average) with out using the "off switch" we had installed. Mechanic installed new dash radio and rear/side camera system onto starter battery. Maybe thats one issue..? Camera is on all the time unless I turn the battery off manually under the hood (would have preferred a "hot" switch on the dash but the mechanic I paid didnt listen to reason- now its under the hood and I'm only 5'2" so:someone else always has to turn it on and off for me or I need a ladder or I need to raise the battery tray .. probably the best move for future issues.

Suggest you change the camera power connection ASAP. Most cameras draw 1 amp or more and will kill your battery in a few days if left alone.

Your owner's manual should have a depiction or list of the fuses and locations. Just because one location is unpopulated doesn't mean there should necessarily be a fuse there. From looking at the distribution panel, I'd guess there are two termination slots for wire clips, one for optional switched accessories and one for optional lamps.As others, the wiring of your camera sounds like the basis of your troubles. Have someone put a switch on that wire in an accessible location.

If you want it Only for backing up it should be connected to the backup lights line....aka the reverse switchIf you want rear view while driving, IT should be connected to ACC line coming from the ignition switch so it will be on when the key is on

Thank you and yes it is unused currently, as it turns out. Room for expansion, I guess. Cameras working great now. Still other issues. Slow and steady with everything.

I would be tempted to throw a new ignition switch in there- should be under $50, if it's the basic dashboard (not steering column). The plugs that the switch plugs in to can go bad as well- there will be obvious signs of heat.

The ACC LPS appears to be an unused accessory lamp feed- I would assume it would be through the light switch, to light add on gauges and such. If it didn't have a fuse in it, I wouldn't worry about it.

You do need to get the camera system wired properly- should not really be a big deal.

I really appreciate everyones advice to go back and kick "my" mechanic in the head but he's long gone. Charged me too much, never finished the job (2 side cameras and a roof frontal camera on the same monitor that he never installed). We all learn our lessons. Mine have been huge. We bought an old RV with few miles, massive water damage, hired a mobile mechanic that we've known for years who (btw) was a police force mechanic for over 30 years so he's not an total idiot just not RV informed. He wired us like a cop car.
We moved into our RV full time pulling way too much weight behind it.
The transmission needs servicing, the brakes need servicing, my job is gone, my house is gone, I have a small storage, my RV, my car, my pets, my children. Taking this all 1 day at a time.

Some of these explanations on how to fix my things are above my head and I read the advice with the internet close at hand to define a ton of the lingo.
There is no more mechanic and no more money. It's all me and my kids.
Some things I know I can fix, some things I have to learn to fix, and some things I have to send to a professional. I get it.

I want to thank everyone for all the advice and direction. It's much needed and much appreciated.

I think you may be at a point where it might be better to divest yourself from the RV and seek a better living arrangement, if possible. Trying to get a whole vehicle repair education, and implementing repairs or maintenance without a budget is going to be a very risky business. To overcome the immediate battery draining issue, I'd suggest to remove the camera's power wires for the short term.

If you know the transmission and brakes are not operating correctly, I'd suggest not to venture forth. Depending on your current parking situation, making due with what's at hand or moving only a short distance may be your only options.

Undestood long gonr.

There is an electrical wire that runs back to the backup lights. Find this wire, tap into ot and have the NEW WIRE act as the power wire for all your cameras amd dispalay screen.

You need the service wiring diagrams from general motors for the P30 chassis
Big orange book 8" tall by 16" inches wide

I used to have one , but alas it long gone

Have your mechanic get that camera off that ACC fuse ASAP. Some of those fuses feed the engine control unit ECU meaning VEHICLE ENGINE COMPUTER.. vehicles no longer have simple schmatics nor interprable designations for fuses. The reverse light may or may not have their own factory relay. You can Not tap into this circuit BEFORE the relay if it has one. You gotcha one potatohead mechanic.
