Any suggestions for repairing other than getting a new shower. It is made of plastic.Moved to Tech Issues forum from DIY.

You can use epoxy:1)Roughen the area around the crack with sandpaper2)Fill crack with epoxy mix3)Cover crack area with fiberglass tape (drywall tape) while the epoxy is still wet, push tape into epoxy to wet it, add more as needed. The tape should be flat not shoved into the crack.4) Let the epoxy set and then coat the area with another layer of epoxy let set for at least 24 hours.5) Using fine sandpaper (120 or 150 grit) sand that area flat without exposing the fiberglass tape. Paint entire tray with enamel paint. Roughen the rest of the floor first.Other than that you might try Bondo.

We have used this kit on two different tubs. Works well, easy to apply and inexpensive. Here is a link: Repair Kit

Also, bear in mind that the only structural support under the pan is the drain pipe, which is why it cracked in the first place. If you can, shove some 2x4's and shims under it, if accessable through a hatch door. Then repair as described. If you need to replace the pan, it's fairly simple. Still provide support under the pan.

Still provide support under the pan.Good advice. I would replace the pan and give it proper support while it is out. My pan was not supported at all along one side.
