Electrical Problem...Need suggestions

Good report. Your converter is not putting out any "12v" for some reason (reverse polarity fuses blown? You said new battery--chance was there to wire it backwards)

Is the battery wired properly? Red is positive, white is negative. (variations on that but white is always negative on the battery--sometimes you get black positive and white neg, but if it is red and black then red is pos and black is neg)

(Your 12v stuff will still work backwards but fans will go the wrong way around. Lights still light.)

You need to get a charger on the battery right away and not wait to get the converter problem solved. 11.9v is very low

Results of multimeter tests today: 98 Jayco Eagle 312fks,Todd PC45b converter(see several negative forum comments regarding this model converter).
125 at campground power pole.
125 at camper outlets.
11.9 at battery.
123 going into converter, green light on converter.
nothing at converter back w/battery disconnected.
11.9 at back of converter with battery connected.
11.9 going into fuse panel w/battery connected, nothing coming out.
nothing going into fuse panel w/ battery disconnected.
Everything working when battery is connected as stated in earlier post.
I had shore power off for a few days after suggestion above to not let battery run down. I am thinking converter is not working, no fan when converter is plugged in. Should I fire it all up as is for a few days to see if it raises battery charge? I am not that skilled with electrical so appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

anyway it is simple, confirm 13.6ish volts at the converter output, reverse polarity fuses not blown, fix battery wires if they are blown and replace fuses.

If that wasn't it, confirm 120v coming in (120v circuit breaker, 120v at receptacle converter is plugged into--might be GFCI and tripped)

You are getting battery 12v to fuse panel so your battery fuse and battery disconnect switch are ok and will not prevent converter 13.6v going the other way once you do have 13.6 at the fuse panel.

It varies how easy it is but it costs $150 or so.

The above posts go into checking the converter. It may be working but the output not getting anywhere. There is a trouble shooting procedure I will try to link here.

There is always a small draw on the battery, so don't wait too long to get back there. You could take an ordinary portable charger along in case the battery is not getting charged. If no converter to battery take the wires off the battery before going home so there is no drain on them.

OK BFL13, next time I get to camp I will check it out. Is a converter replacement an easy connection swap?

Wrong. Even with a dead battery, your converter powered by the 120v should have supplied the 12v.

All you did was put in a new battery, (which was needed most likely), but with no converter working that battery will also soon die.

With 120v on, measure the voltage at the battery posts. It should be at least 13.6v if the converter is working and the "12v" juice is getting as far as the battery.
