LOL Right?
Good grief, I never even knew about a wake up button and now I learn the wake up button needs a wake up itself. Way to go folks. - JumboJetExplorer

Something similar happened to me. I turned everything off, and then turned off the batteries (using the push/pull button). Waited a few seconds, then turned it back on. Everything was then fine.
It seems to work like rebooting a computer.
Good luck!
I had to do the same thing with my 2011 1050S. Unplug from shore power. Turn 12 volt master switch off. Wait a few seconds and everything powered up and all worked. - RaftenExplorerGood grief, I never even knew about a wake up button and now I learn the wake up button needs a wake up itself. THAT WAS IT!!! My lord I love this site! Thanks Pattle! - PattleExplorerSomething similar happened to me. I turned everything off, and then turned off the batteries (using the push/pull button). Waited a few seconds, then turned it back on. Everything was then fine.

Good luck! - dubobExplorerThe 'RED' light is the 'power is on' indicator and the 'BLUE' light is the 'RF connection to the remote is active'. I just had this condition yesterday (remote not working on the slides/jacks) and found the batteries were drained. After plugging the unit into 120 VAC, everything worked and a couple hours later, my batteries were charged back up and the system was again operating normally.
I had to open the dinette slide by hand crank to get into the unit to check the battery charge level on the monitor panel and found the task to be easy once I turned off the slide power switch just above the wake-up panel. - Ski_Pro_3ExplorerHere is a way to by-pass and make the slide or jacks work;
Take a 12v hot lead and route it, at the control board under the step where the batteries are, to the slide out or jack connection. Touching the hot lead to one of the wires makes the slide/jack go in and touching the hot lead to the other wire in the connection makes the slide/jack go out. It's that simple to bypass. Also, of course, the slide and jack can be cranked by hand using the handles that come with the camper in an emergency. - James_ExplorerThanks skipro3
Yep you have it right! All fuses are good and everything looks to be where it should be, still a no go. - James_Explorer

Is the button you are talking about the battery on/off switch just inside the door on some truck campers? From your description of a button you press to "wake everything up" it sounds like a problem in your camper 12 volt system. If it is that button and it does not light up do you have interior lights when you are not plugged in to shore power. Your 12 volt batteries in the camper may be dead.
Hey KEOK thanks for your reply. See the pic below...
All the power is spot on, just not this part of the system.
Here's another pic of this morning. - Ski_Pro_3ExplorerI know what button you speak of; it lights blue when you press the button and wake it up, then a red light when you activate the remote to run the jacks or slide. If I understand right, the blue light doesn't light up when you press the 'wake' button. This comes from the control board where the overhead step is. Look under your step and there are several fuses on this board. Check them all. Also, you will see several connections there; one for the power source and several for power to each of the jacks and slide. Each as a fuse. There is also a phone line cord. This is called an RJ11 connection. Check to see it's plugged in. The other end goes to that board with the wake-up button you are pressing. If the cord or connectors are bad, the light won't light.
