H.D ANTENNA

I have a jack ant. Head on my house , great

I built this one in an afternoon and a single array does well at 35 mi. distance from broadcast towers.

As someone said there are different house antennas for different frequencies. (Channels) Maybe you have the wrong one. There should be someone in your area that can help you to pick out the right one. Around here they will even come out and put it up on your house for you. Not for free of course.

Something is wrong here. Your house antennas should work just as well as the batwing. Did you mount your house antennas with a booster? There are boosters for house antennas too.

There's nothing special about a RV antenna, except it's on a crank to lower it.

Channelmaster & Wineguard make good home antennas.

ANTENNAWEB.ORG is a good guide to selecting an antenna that will get you good reception at your house. You may also need an amplifier, depending on where you are in relation to TV stations, and on the terrain.

The Jack antenna is highly rated. I use one and it works better than expected. as has been mentioned, they come with a pole mount bracket, amplifier and cable. has everything you need to get you set up.

I am trying to buy a travel trailer antenna, hook it up to the house , and then connect it to my house T.V.:@

f you get good signal on your RV antenna, you can get a flat plate antenna at Walmart, BestBuy or Sams that will do just as good for your house. Just stick it up inside a window, and follow simple directions to connect it you your TV.
