TT Recommendations for Young Couple.

Hello forum, a quick introduction from myself... I'm a 30 year old paramedic, and in May will be marrying my lovely fiance, a 31 year old Teacher. We're forgoing a traditional honeymoon and purchasing a TT (our first) instead. We both grew up camping and with my family, have around 8 or so campers when we take several trips throughout the summer. Everything from pop-ups to 40' 5th wheels. The majority of our time is spent on our family's pond. A small 20 acre pond, big enough to wake board on, which we have electricity run to, and a large area to line up campers. We spend many weekends there, and take several trips 3-6 hours away to various campgrounds. We currently have no children but will within a few years (hopefully).

My TV, 2013 Ram 1500, 5.7L, 3.55 axle ratio, tow rating of my specific vehicle with my options 8650lbs, payload 1450lbs. Integrated brake controller, father is giving me his weight distribution hitch (he upgraded to a 5th wheel a few years ago)

Wish list:
-Ample natural light inside. Large picture window on entry side of the camper a plus.

-outside kitchen

-we're both 6" tall, low ceilings are a big negative

-attractive exterior graphics package, a plain white trailer with the company logo is boring to me. We like a more youthful appearance, as opposed to a very formal/traditional look.

-floor space so when kids are in our lives, area to set up a crib/pack n play is a big plus

-we really enjoy non traditional floor plans, something unique. The standard floor plans look like every other camper out there.

-bunks are a plus, double sized bunks bigger plus
*however we dislike TT with bunks only having a small dinette and small couch for seating, an option with both bunks and rear living area is a big plus(ie: Catalina 313rls) but difficult to find one that's small enough for me to tow.

-we're def open to a non bunk model if all other wishlist items are met. Using a hideaway couch bed or dinette as a kids bed would work especially for small children

Tl;dr: need a cool looking TT with big widows and outside kitchen

Thanks for the suggestions!
