Dining table stablizing

We just bought a new 2015 Crossroads Cruiser Aire 5er. Love it so far, but as with all of them the dining table is so wobbly you have to be careful to not spill anything when setting something on the opposite side! I've made sure all the screws and locks are tight on the tubes and brackets, but I think what would be the cheapest and easiest to do is just put a 2x4 or 2x2 under the window right up against the bottom of the table to keep it rocking "seat to seat". I don't want to mess something up by screwing something too long or tight into the wall. What would be good for that? Maybe some good old command strips?? What have others done for this?
