This is not uncommon on some RVs. But there are things you can do.

I put another in but it lasted only a few seconds. I bumped up to a 20 amp fuse just to get the soap off me and it still blew out but luckily after I was soap free.

Now I need to triage what is going on with that. There was plenty of water in the tank so it wasn't going dry. I wonder if there might be some roto-mold slag in the pump or something. It stinks that I'm hundreds of miles from a Livin Lite dealer. I need to figure out how to proceed on having that looked at.

Sorry to hear about your incidents, I have my own share of them.
My "guess" is a defective pump, I am no expert but it seems like its a delay overload.

My VRVXTR was built by ATC in Indiana, I believe the picture of the gray 719 is the actual trailer I purchased. I live in Northern New Jersey and ATC's warranty support is excellent even when there's over 700 miles between us. I hope Livin lite carries an equivalent support. Good luck and keep us updated.

I run mine on LP the night before leaving and on the way to my camp. It is slow to cool, but usally pretty cold after about 48 hours or running.

I plug my VRV in 3 days before a trip and let the frig cool down using AC. Then I switch to LP for the trip and all seems fine. I need to get a temp gauge to see what the temp really is inside the frig because it doesn't feel all that cold but the freezer top section keeps food frozen so I know its working

I would do that except I can't turn on the frige while it's parked in my driveway due to the slope. I pull it out into the street on more level ground where there is not AC power.

Yes, in my experience the fridge will not run on a slope on AC or Gas.

I wouldn't know. I never tried it because I know it's bad for the frige to run it at steep angles. I forget the recommendation on % of slope, but why take a chance. Leaving it in the street overnight running on LP uses next to nothing in gas.
