I was in Lakeland a couple of months ago and decided to drive over to Lazy Days to look around.
When I bought my coach there in 2011, all the units were open, both new and used, and the sales people rode around as described above seeing if you needed help.
This trip was quite different, most units were locked and I didn't see a sales person anywhere. They had a few units set up out front in a "mini show" setting with a few sales people roaming around but I got the feeling they were assigned to be there and were not real thrilled about it.
Not a big deal but they have also changed the "free lunch" deal for people with customer cards. After going thru the line, I was told, "we don't do that anymore."
