Not sure if its' paint or gel coat or ? on roof peeling

I have a 05' Winnebago Journey Diesel Pusher. Along the roof edge all around the coach as the roof meets the sides it appears to be discoloring. I don't know if it is the paint or the gelcoat or cle...

you can find out from winnebago the paint color to match if you want to spray paint that area. as far as smudges on the unseen surface of the roof, why bother?
