Power Gear Levellers in Error Mode, Can't Reset

Power Gear electric levellers, Control Box 140-1224, Rev 0G.
Put system in "AUTO" mode and system worked as it should. I then put it into "MAN" and began to fine tune level. System went into "Error Mode" with AUTO/MAN lights flashing. FRONT/LEFT lights were also flashing, indicating problem with front left Jack. I then turned unit off and back on. Held OFF/ON button for over 3 seconds, unit did not reset as documented. I then held FRONT/LEFT buttons, pressed MAN to lower Jack, I got 3 beeps. Tried again, but pressed AUTO to raise Jack, Jack moved a little, then the dreaded 3 beeps. Now unit is in ERROR MODE and wont reset. Any ideas?

    I had the same problem with mine ended up one of the motors in the jack froze had to replace you can go to pear gear website and find the trouble shooting guide

    I think now I will wait until I get back home Sunday afternoon before I do anymore troubleshooting. At least then I won't be at the mercy of someone else. I'm hoping since AI got the Jack to retract, everything will be back to normal. If not, I will unplug the controller and see if that resets it. I know the controller has some sort of another problem, because when recalibrating the jacks, the controller does not perform the last step, "blink three time" indicating that it has saved the last setting.
    Ah, the joys of having another project.

    I have had real good luck with the PG website & manuals, plus doing a little troubleshooting & then emailing PG. The technician "Bill" has been more than helpful giving advice based on his knowledge. Probably saved me $500-$1000 this last time as he gave me different advice then what the manual troubleshooting said to do.

    Okay, I found more troubleshooting pages and by holding down all four Byron's(front/rear/left/right), I was able to get it reset. Then I ran 12v to motor on left front Jack and got it retracted. So does this mean I need to replace Jack controller?
