I'm lookin to purchase a Winnebago 32H with a full wall slide out. Any comments regarding maintenance or safety issues?
Thanks

Personally, I would never consider a full wall slide. In general, slides are problematic enough without making them that HUGE. If it gives out, good luck putting in in manually.

Yep awning on the slides will vibrate a bit, and sag too after a while. So took some PVC and made some t-s to keep the awning from staging on heavy rains, and cut some of the fabric noise out too. Got to remember to take out also, before closeting the slide.and now. It's all happy-camping

I have a 32h here is my 2cents.

it's a big slid and the slide topper on it billows in the wind.. I haven't found a solution.. if it's bad I pull in the slide

My 32h and others have a floor "pop" when walking in front of the bathroom.. Winnie was no help for this problem.. have to live with it.

had problems with 2 double pane windows.. fixed under warranty..

just had a leaky window repaired Pass. front

just had the roof resealed.. this seal/bond is really the only thing that holds the fiberglass roof on to the side rails. this has to be checked yearly.

had an alarming problem with the genny. seems like in our model it had 2 fuel filters.. one by the pump and one on the carb... the carb one leaked fuel all over the place. Didn't notice it till I did a oil change... come to find out Onan no longer puts that 2nd fuel filter at the carb.. and replaced it with just a fitting. I dont' see how it didn't cause a fire.

Power awning never works right had to take it out of auto mode.

getting into the storage compartments is a pain.. always hitting my head. doors are top hinged and even with the slides in they only open to 90deg.

ok now for the good.
Love the u shaped dinette and all the room that the full wall slide gives us.
The private bath is also nice.
the size is great for getting in and out of tight spaces and just fits in my drive.

again don't know your year and I'm assuming it is an adventurer.

All units have problems.. and I love mine.. just have had a few issues

I have an Itasca sunrise 32 with full slide. Don't put too much weight in the refirgerator or drawers on that side. Make sure engine is running when putting in or out. Watch for anything falling from the top edge causing it to block the slide from completely coming in. Don't test your levlers while slide is out. Look at the middle support brakcet for the top awning mine pulled loose after strong winds. We love the extra romm it gives you and have not had any major problems with it.
