Weber Q 1200

We just bought our first Weber Q.

Before hand we had the Coleman Road Trip Grill....needless to say my husband was never happy with the cooking and cleaning performance of this girl.

Weber Q, bought it and upon getting it home my husband instantly got the grill fired up for cooking.

He really likes this grill....he likes the way the chicken cooked on the grill.

So now I am asking, is there anyone that wants to share 'tricks of the trade"?

Hints or suggestions on keeping the inside bottom of the grill clean and looking decent?

Does everyone use the throw away aluminum pan that comes in the grease catching pan? Where do you buy extra aluminum pans(other the Weber's online site)? We actually covered the pan with foil and that worked well.

So far the grill is looking pretty good....
