You would be correct. Didn't mean to present it as something I did by hand if that was what was being assumed.
A program like Neo Paint Free will take a photograph and make into a painting or many other types of media. Looks to me like that is what was done here.

Your a good artist, I could never keep the lines on the side straight.
Here is one of an old girl I took in a CG on a recent trip. I turned it into a watercolor painting. - JIMNLINExplorer IIIYeah the Shell station pic is a beautiful Spartan Manor house trailer of that era. They had no holding tanks/no 12v system/no fresh water tanks .....just the usual house trailer hook ups to city water and 110v electric. These units were the Cadillac of the house trailers in the late '40s up till 1960 when the plant here in Tulsa, OK was closed.
Spartan did build special fleet orders for rr companies/oil and gas companies.
Some units were just sleeping quarter units/some were shower or bath house units/some were kitchen units/some were set up just for eating area. Some had the usual running gear...some were made on I beam as a sled for dragging across the desert during oil and gas exploration and RR companies building tracks way out in the middle of no where here in the USA and over seas. - Chris_BryantExplorer IIBoy- I have old pictures of old trailers :) First, my wife in front of here parents new Prairie Schooner:
Another view of the Schooner- I include this just for the dolly used to tow.
That trailer was totaled in Iowa- older couple passing a heavy truck on a 2 lane highway- the old highways that had curbs. Patti's Dad managed to just the curb with the TV, but the side of the Schooner was pealed back like a tin can.
Next, an "American" trailer- trailer park in Michigan:
And in the winter:
These trailers had kerosene stove and heater, 120 volt wiring, no 12 volt, no demand water, no holding tanks. Her Dad rigged an auto lamp and battery so she could read without using a lantern. - pasusanExplorerOur first rig:
'65 Mustang and '67 Shasta

The pair in the Shell gas station is the same one in the first set. :) Must get around.
In those days (50's) the trailers were not considered RV's but rather living quarters for traveling construction workers and other short term jobs. I remember a nice girl who played a soprano saxophone in band for the few months they were there. I felt sorry for her having to move so often.
We seem to have gone full circle as more RV parks are being filled by itinerant folks. For many years trailer parks served that market and most of the trailers were in the thirty-foot range. - Jack_in_AlaskaExplorerThat Oldsmobile is a Pontiac in both pic's.
I would edit out the Mobile Suite and replace it with my Jayco if I knew how.
