Sounds like very good service!

The dealer took a look at my furnace the same day (yesterday) I dropped it off. This morning at 8:30am, I got a call and was informed that my TT was ready for pickup. They did the repair late yesterday afternoon but wanted to let the furnace run for a while this morning to make sure it was working properly. It turns out that the control board was no good. They repaired it with an in stock part. I ran the furnace for about an hour after I brought it home. It works great.
I have to say that the service was completed much sooner than I anticipated. I would give the service department 5 stars.
The company is called Scenic RV Center. They have two locations in Slinger, WI and Baraboo, WI. I am not affiliated with them at all except for being a very satisfied customer. I guess that I am lucky to have good customer service only 7 miles from my house.

The service manager was impressed that I knew what a service manual was and had never heard of a customer getting hold of the training manual for the unit. He asked me if I wanted a job, they would pay my expenses to get certified as a technician.

Thanks for all of the help everyone. I looked up the Suburban Service and Training Manual for my furnace. I ran through the troubleshooting section.
I removed the bug screen to make sure that it was not obstructing air flow. I removed the face cover on the inside of the TT so that I could see into the combustion chamber through the sight glass. After watching what was going on, I determined that the flame sensor or the control module has failed.
So now, it is off to the dealer to find out when they can do the warranty repair. I hope they are as nice to deal with as when I was spending my money to buy the TT.

No, what is appears is, the Electrode may be bad or the Ignition module. If the unit lights and then it does NOT continue sparking, then the Ignition module is bad. If it continues sparking while lit and then goes out, it could be the electrode and/or the Ignition module. Doug

Today I tried a newly filled lp tank, hooked up my large stand alone battery charger to make sure that my battery was indeed fully charged, I used a hair dryer to warm the lp regulator for about 10 minutes to make sure it was not frozen, fired up the water heater to make sure it was not a gas flow problem,
While the water heater was on, I turned on both stove top burners and the furnace. The furnace ran for a short time and this did not change the height of the stove top burner flames.
I looked through the sight glass on the furnace when I turned it on. There are two wires that get red hot in the combustion chamber. After 5 seconds or so, the flame goes out. The furnace will re-light for a short time and go out 2 or 3 times.
I guess that I will have to go and try our the service department of the dealer that sold me the TT. At least it is only 7 miles away.

NOBODY sells Butane for DOT LP tanks in the USA anymore. You can get Butane in Mexico. IF you light the stove burners and leave them ON, when the furnace lights, if the stove burners stay on at the same flame level, then
1. Possible Butane is ruled out
2. No Excess flow problem.

You CAN light the Water heater. You do NOT have to have water in it to run it for a few minutes on LP to test your LP system.

A BAD Hi limit switch on the furnace will NOT reset before you restart and the furnace fires every time you attempt to get it running and stay running. It takes time for the Hi limit to reset if it trips.
I would suspect a kinked LP line or your battery/Converter is not above 12.5 volts and the Fan is not running at the correct RPM to keep the sail switch closed. Long shot is a Bad Ignition module. Doug
