I have a store/run switch right inside the door I have it on all day... From what I've checked the converter is bad not recharging the house batteries. I haven't tested the converter yet need to remove the the cabinet shelf ... But I did unhooked the fuse from my battery that starts the RV... So I don't run it dead... I checked the voltage on the marine batteries this morning and they was at 13 volts now after the heater ran some today the lights I was down to 11 volts... So it looks like I'm in search of a new converter/inverter... Any suggestions?

Actually, I would look at the space where genny was and make sure if any wires looks not right. Then if anything else was messed with when genny taken out. (electric wise).

Just keep the battery charger on until that repair is completed.
Don't let the guy leave until you verify proper voltage on all batteries from all sources.

This is a weird problem in that removing the generator should have nothing to do with this. It's possible that the generator work is a coincidence. Are your 110v appliances and power outlets working? If so I would check the fuses at the breaker panel and see if any are blown. It's possible also that the charging part of the converter/charger went bad and is no longer charging the batteries.

Does the RV have a switch to draw off the house batteries to help start the engine? If so is that switch in the correct position to isolate the different batteries?

The converter should be charging the battery. If it is not operating there is a problem either on the 120 AC feed or the 12 volt DC output to the DC panel.

Mex called it right. Odds are the converter/inverter (which provides 12v and charges the battery) has been disconnected. Also as already pointed out, a quick, temporary fix would be to connect a battery charger to the battery until things are properly reconnected.

12 volt appliances run from the battery. The converter charges the battery. In some cases the converter may be able to operate some low amperage draw items. Certainly not the furnace.
As long as the generator wires are tied off with wire nuts there is no reason you will need it in the system. BTW generator supplies 120VAC not 12VDC. So generator power provides 120VAC to things like the AC, microwave and to the supply side of the converter

I have two sets of wires of three that are disconnected no hooked up to nothing that I have my big like zero gauge power wire that's not hooked up anything... I will post a picture here in a minute
