House Battery Disconnect Not Working

I have a 2008 Itasca Impulse 31C. The house battery disconnect stopped working a few years ago. I replaced the switch and it still didn't work. I'm now getting some free time on my hands and wanting to fix this. I found, what I think is the battery disconnect relay? (see picture) According the wiring diagram, there's a 5AMP fuse. From pictures I've seen of a new relay, there's two 5AMP fuses. Looking at mine, it looks like the right one is missing. Could this be my issue? Could it really be that simple?

personally I would just put a fuse in and see what happens.

See page 5 of Service manual
From page 5
There are two 5 Amp fuses for the system, mounted on each relay. Looking at the relay with cap at the top, the
fuse on the right feeds the LED indicator and if so equipped, the digital voltmeter. The fuse on the left feeds the
power to the switch that operates the solenoid.

Use a volt meter across the small terminals. The polarity to those terminals should reverse when switch is moved from one location to the opposite. Relay should have strong click when operated and working.
Use a medium size wire jumper between the large terminals. It should have small spark and system is working if 12-volt power comes on.

The extra fuse holder may be for a spare fuse.
Or it may be not used

One school of thought is to fuse both positive and negative leades.. Some things do that (Some of my radios) I won't go into why.

Others do not feel the negative needs a fuse.

My thing. If the somewhat rare failure ICOM and Kenwood think my radios need protection against happens.. Well the radios are hundreds to 2,000 dollars.

That switch.a couple bucks.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

There is a wire connected to the one that is there, is there a dangling broken wire? that would connect to the missing fuse, I suspect your Itasca never had a second fuse, have you gone to Winnebago to download the schematics, they mfg Itasca
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

So clean terminals, and donโ€™t add a fuse? I donโ€™t know if there ever was a fuse on the right side, I do see one on the left.

It appears that all your terminals should be cleaned.
But if the fuse is blowing, that means the electromagnet is shorted.
