Hi,

Would not this be great in an RV?

Oh, they are just separating out the hydrogen from pee. I thought it would be something new and dramatic. It is just a generator run on hydrogen.

Good for them! Figuring out a system to help people in their area.

Back when I was still in High School and Pocket size calculators were called Slide Rules (I'm not kidding.. I still have one) I read some articles not unlike this.

one farmer dug a round pit. basically a Septic tank. put a cover on it that could slide up and down and a barrel on top to weight down with water. Piping to a government surplus electric generator.

He filled the pit with hog ----S**T and let it "Ferment" afor a bit (About a day" and from then on he pumped the stuff into the pit. The weighted cover supplied the proper pressure and the generator ran lights and water pumps and such for the farm.

Free electricity (Well the occasional oil change and such)
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

after a semi "nicked" it. Still have the radios

Pushed, pulled, entered. electrolysis, are the key words in that article. Borax is significant as well. Physics. Stuff doesn't race around measuring and pushing itself automatically. Energy is being consumed during the process.

As a junior grade World War II in the Pacific history buff I read accounts of resistance in the Philippines and coast watcher islands where young men with strong legs were used to pedal bicycle generators that would power Hallicrafter short wave sets to send spy messages to Australia. I don't know what the transceivers demanded in watts of energy but there are accounts of natives getting so beat after several minutes of hard pedaling they literally fell off the bicycle and another jumped on and kept pedaling. Today's solid state stuff is a lot more efficient but still...

Buried cattle dung supposedly gets hotter than hell and produces methane.

But an untapped source is The Campfire.
Gather round and listen to tales of titanic fish that shook the hook and how many miles Mr. X gets with a gallon of fuel and that's worth several watts? A hundred?

Sure, all you'd need is that electrolysis machine, the water filter, the gas cylinder, the liquid borax cylinder, and a generator that runs on hydrogen.

No problem.

I'm waiting for the Mr. Fusion engine promised at the end of the Michael J Fox time travel documentary "Back to the Future". Head scientist Doc Brown fueled his flying car with spoiled milk, egg shells and a banana peel.

We could eliminate nuclear and replace coal & oil burning power plants with Taverns.

I see a future for this technology.
