OK, lets stop concentrating on what he didn't do and advise him on what he should do! In my experience rv dealers are on the same level as car salesman,,kinda',,,they are all over you for the sale but after, they don't wanna' know you unless your bringing them a new sale and if you can find an honest dealer (good luck) he'll/she'll tell you that the manufacturer won't pay them the money they want to do service work and as the manufacturer needs them to move their products the aren't willing to pressure them too far, however if you approach the manufacturer with well kept dates and conversations and names you spoke to at your good for nothing dealer showing they are dragging their feet and your summer is ticking away they might get behind you as in the end they really don't want you unhappy with their product and telling everyone you know or meet rv'ing or on forums such as this what a shabby trailer they built and how both them and their dealer does such a crappy job on their customer service because that could defiantly effect their future sales at some point!
Id remind them of that grand old Irish saying "Do a good job and they'll tell ten other people, do a shoitty job and they'll tell a hundred,," don't give up, stay at them!!
