extended warranty

Has anyone had a problem with LA MESA RV/Tucson in there extended warranty?
I purchased a 2006 Fleetwood Bounder in the year of 2007.
I also purchased a extended warranty for a period of 7 years to expire this November.
I call the warranty people to see what the cost would be to extend my coverage and was told that the policy expired in November of 2013.
When I asked why it expired a year early I was told that the policy starts on the in service date for the coach and since it was a 2006 coach it was expired after the 7 year period.
I called LA MESA to find out why they filled out the contract with the wrong date all I got from was to fix the problem was to buy another contract for 4 years and they would take 500.00 off a 5800.00 contract.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the manager that he did not have time to look into my problem because he was too busy and would assign someone to handle it.
I called back a day later and was told that I would have to produce the paper work for them and they didnt have time to look for the files in their storage before they would do anything.
I contacted the warranty people we found that LA MESA RV had written the contract as a NEW RV that starts coverage at the time of sale with 0 miles and with it being a 2006 it had run its course and expired.
All my paper work states it is a USED RV with 6600 miles on it.
I tried calling LA MESA back and they will not return my call so I am going to have to drive there and present them with copies of the paper work on how they made a very expensive mistake.

I will add more info to this post when I get results from LA MESA.
