Today I pulled our Allegro Bus out of the barn and washed it, along with that I power washed the leveling springs to clean them before lubrication. I then attempted to extend the cylinders in order to clean/inspect and lubricate, however, the only thing that happened when I pushed the air down button is all the indicator lights lit on the box. I tried turning all power off, key on accessory and ignition positions, nothing changed. The "off" button does turn all the lights back off. The mechanism worked fine in April, I'm wondering if the water created a problem at a sensor. It never crossed my mind while spraying them down as those are exposed under the vehicle and subject to the elements. It's back in the barn now so by morning everything should be dry.

What year is the Allegro Bus? We don't have an Allegro Bus but there is usually a fuse near the pump. Found this on another post: "This may or may not help, but on my 2012 Phaeton there are 3 fuses visible around the HWH pump. As you look at the pump motor from the end, there is a relay on each side. The relays are connected by a heavy (probably #2 or #4) wire. The 40A fuse is on a wire that is connected to the same terminal as the large wire on one of the relays. The fuse is only about 6 inches from the terminal. I missed it at first because it was tucked under the pump.The other 2 fuses are 15A."

~usermanual, first to your question. It was recommended to me (on this forum I believe) to clean and lubricate the springs and cylinders due to the front two not fully retracting. Do this prior to replacing springs.~Lonny, I'll check that out tomorrow. I do know where the panel is for the system, Tiffin mounted it on the firewall above the pump. The control box has some power supply as every light on it is lit. Perhaps that is why it is not fully functioning, the other components not signaling back.

Remove the keypad. There is a board underneath. I had to replace that board for a different problem however. That board controls the keypad.

My coach has HWH slide outs and HWH levelers. FYI my HWH manuel says not to lubricate the leveler cylinders. It says just clean them with water and wipe them dry.

Got it, no more cleaning/lubricating of the cylinders. I am going to crawl under there and wipe them off.

Jerry, I'll check the board for burned circuits. Suspect the manufacturer can send me a new one?

You can power wash the Cylinders with no problem. What you do is clean to make sure there is no dirt or debris on the springs or cylinders. HWH does recommend that you WIPE the exposed cylinder after cleaning to make sure ALL debris is cleaned off. As to your problem, 1999 you do not have an exposed control box, so washing did not cause the problem. As much as I hate to say this, CHECK the ground lugs at the HWH motor pump. There is a bolt with the common grounds attached. Make sure those white ground wires are secure and tight. Doug

The box has power but perhaps there is an issue elsewhere. Sounds as though I have some extensive troubleshooting to do before our upcoming trip. In the event I run out of time, is there a way to manually operate the cylinders in order to stabilize the coach? I believe I can dump the air with the air fitting under the hood.

two things.1) I once had a air level system flash the control lites and it was a blown fuse.this was in a beaver contessa
2) try disconnecting the touch panel and reconnect
3) no way to manually lower them only to release(lift) them
