Me too! OP never tagged/registered it? You need title to do that. Are you saying it had dealer tags the whole time?
I'm so confused no title ??? If you drove it off the lot the paperwork was signed the title exists with lender as lienholder .. Yes there are lots of things that don't add up... - Executive45Explorer III

If I were willing to downgrade to a class A, I would definitely give CW first shot at my business.

The thing I take from this thread is how CW has gone more than the extra step, they've gone the extra 100 miles! If I were willing to downgrade to a class A, I would definitely give CW first shot at my business.
Last year when I bought my new Thor ACE, I had problems with CW not returning calls and e-mails (and never did) but Thor couldn't have been better with a couple of small issues that we had..
Agree about Thor. I didn't mention them in my original post because I like the Winnebago product line better. :) - Rwake901Explorer

Something is wrong with this thread. Now it was never titled? If you drove it off the lot and are making payments it is titled; you as registered owner, bank as lienholder or legal owner. You may may not have received the offical title. After 90 days you should registration plus the plates. No dealer or bank is going to let a rig off the lot with out title, registration, and insurance. Plus this thread has been edited and so much has been deleted it renders it to a useless informative or learning tool for anyone. If it is not titled to you. It is not yours and you can walk away with no worries.
Nope, it was never titled. It had 30 day temporary tags on it when we left the dealership for the first time. To my knowledge it still has that same temporary paper tag on it and they have been expired now for some time. I am pretty sure no one is driving it around. The paper work was never submitted to the DMV. Yes, the lien holder has requested the title work. I immediately notified them two weeks later what the situation was when they asked me where the title was. The motor home is fully insured by me. As long as I make the payments, I am pretty sure the lien holder will be just satisfied. When a dealer borrows money to buy a motor vehicle, they are not titled.
On edit... Camping World is working with us. I want to be very clear on this and I am very happy with the way they are handling my situation. I am pretty sure if nothing would have happened so fast, the paper work would have already been submitted. However, they had not yet submitted the paper work to the DMV. When they found out all the problems I was having they decided to hold off on submitting that paperwork. - jorbill2orExplorer III'm so confused no title ??? I certainly hope it works out..I do know that my friend took delivery of his Tuscany with the new schwintek slide voltage regulated motors....as far as the old one....it could go two ways, if truly bought back, the title gets a prefix code similar to a salvage vehicle and then it goes to auction....if a true trade in, camping world should use it as a teaching vehicle with its techs of what NOT to do....of course, that being said it most likely will be sold at a price too low for new and it will end up in someone's hands...in fact the factory should take it back and dissect the thing and learn from it...but that just makes too much practical sense.
Yeah, odds on that happening?
