Oh man. That looks really bad. The entire slide is twisted?Is that the floor peeling up in the last image?

I don't know. It looked like it. The slide will not move anymore to see. Someone from CW is supposed to pick it up tomorrow. The whole slide wall is twisted and the slide will not go in or out anymore. This MH is barely 3 weeks old. I researched and read about all the slide issues on the 2013's. I guess I was hoping it would not happen to us. This is really BAD!

Looks real bad and if you purchased it from camping world then I would ask for a new one, or tell the to scrap the deal. Most places if you have less than 30 days you have time on your side, I sure would not accept that back. The slide has to be removed then they will have to replace the floor and do not settle for them to patch the laminate. everything will have to be removed to redo the floor. Let us know how it turns out.

If that last pic is a slide its probably the wood wrapping to make the particle board look like real wood. The slide probably dragged and due to it not being wrapped correctly pulled off. I had our MH in for the same thing ( not wrapped correctly). Just plain lazy work and lack of quality control. The slides ... I feel your pain !! Make sure you start documenting all your repairs. They might come in handy down the line. Quick question, was the motor home level with jacks down when this happened.

The concern I have now is the when we saw it on the CW lot, it was in about the most unlevel place it could be and not on the jacks, The slides were out and I know they put them in without the unit being on the jacks. I already noted that some metal shavings were coming off of the top rear slide gear rail, but no one at camping world or Thor seemed to think it was a problem. Now they have a major disaster on their hands.

He responded back that the replacement was involved in an accident on the way to the dealers.
I don't know if part of his settlement was to not post anything else about the MH or not.

Camping World and Thor Motor Coach have agreed to replace my Palazzo 33.2 with a 35.1 for all my troubles. Now we wait again. I think something is in the works to get me up to the factory. However, at first I said no. But after discussing this with some of my peers I think it might be a good idea to take Thor's offer. If they will fly me to Indiana and go over this new coach so I can drive it back myself and not have to worry about it getting wrecked again. The weather right now is my primary concern.

I contacted the OP several days ago with a PM about his replacement MH that was due in last week.
He responded back that the replacement was involved in an accident on the way to the dealers.
I don't know if part of his settlement was to not post anything else about the MH or not.
Something strange seems to be going on........

If it is financed the legal owner is the bank. CW would not allow possession without the money. The bank would not pay out without the MH being signed over with them as legal owner and OP as registered owner. He may not have registration but some where a signed paper exist. Releasing CW/Thor as owner and making OP the responsible party. You don't just stop the process. Lenders do not work that way. Unless it is an unsecured note, then he will need to pay off that note plus be financially responsible for the new MH. Very interesting.... very interesting indeed. :)

I think he meant the title was in process. It takes about 30-60 days before you receive your registration/title in California at least. He would have never been able to leave the CW lot unless the money from the bank had been received, and the title work was started.

So how were you ever making payments. This whole story isn't making sense anymore. If no title what was your beef? It was never yours. When you sign the papers . Someone owned the title for that MH. Either you had a title or the dealer (camping world) did.
