I have been trying to keep up with the thread and now i'm at a loss. Never been titled and yet you have been making payment on the motorhome, in that case you could have just walked away, because it was never yours from the beginning. and you would have not had to deal with 36 pages of posts. Glad you are getting a new motorhome, is this going to be titled in you name and the bank gonna loan on it seeing you have a loan on the last motorhome, which was not yours but making payments. dealer plates have nothing to do with it. They will title it in your name and then sell it as a used motorhome. again glad it has worked out for you.
You couldn't be more wrong in so many ways. Just because the title is delayed, does not forgive the debt. The moment he signs the loan documents, the Bank is the lien holder of that specific vehicle, of the specific VIN. It takes time for the title to be registered by the DMV.
Advice like this is what gets people in serious trouble. - 93mastercraftExplorer

We couldn't have "just walked away". We tried to get them to buy it back. That was a huge no go. What people don't understand, loan paper work and DMV paper work are two entirely different things. Yes. The loan paper work went out immediately. The DMV paper work did not. I think this will help everyone understand. At first I was told that NONE of the paper work went out when we first had issues. It was later determined that just the loan paper work went out so fast cause, after all, CW is in business to make money. That insured they would quickly get their money from the bank. A collateral exchange will be done on the "next" motor home and the lean holder will never miss a payment. :) - RamairExplorerI have been trying to keep up with the thread and now i'm at a loss. Ok so two people benefitted from this. The OP using this site knowing who runs it got his or her point across to the point he receives a new MH. Now the table is turned and Thor is repairing the negativity they received along with camping world.
I guess it pays to post in the right forum. My questions is what the OP is going to do if it comes in with similar issues. If it were me .... Sell it before you even use it, trade it in even if you loose some money because from all we've heard about the problems this model has they aren't going to be happy. Just my opinion of course.
I guess what I have learned through all this is, you get more with honey than vinegar. I doubt this forum had any or little effect on the decision making processes on anyone's part. I have sent my complaints up the flag poll.
I did get upset one time over all this in person and I found out it was like turning off a light switch. Literally. I have been assured by Thor that I will be pleased with the new MH. I have been told that it went trough a thorough inspection this week.
I will have to take the hits as they come with this new coach. If it has problems too, which I am totally prepared for, I will have to deal with them. I can't say CW and Thor have not tried. - et2ExplorerOk so two people benefitted from this. The OP using this site knowing who runs it got his or her point across to the point he receives a new MH. My Palazzo was never titled. The problems began before that process took place.
If your coach has never been titled and your making monthly payments on it because someone has YOUR NAME as being financially responsible for it....then you are a total fool and you are getting what you deserve
