Few, if any, companies will replace a large purchase...automobiles or motorhomes comes to mind. They figure there would be no end to it when started...easier to "try to fix" or wear you down with numerous delays, etc. There are lemon laws, each state law differs, but might be worth a few hundred dollars to hear what an attorney thinks about your case. Keep records of all repairs...good records.
Camping World (Good Sam) sponsors this web site and you can email the president, Marcus. It might help....
Camping Worlds are mostly privately owned, paying some percent of gross to show and sell the CW logo and motorhomes. Some are good, some are not.
Tiffin has, and several times!
I asked the question a few months ago:
Returned RV's
Few and far between. Long process.
Good luck to OP, hope all issues, worked out.

Like I said, FEW...I am glad some folks got relief, but like I said, FEW. And I suspect the dealer or manufacture were pressed to do so. I am glad to hear Tiffin did as I am shopping for a Breeze... - Markiemark32Explorer

Maybe if the 7000 people that read this, all chipped in $20 each, then we could make the OP whole again, then burn the subject RV.
On edit- Correction - 8,900 people.
You really have to put the numbers in perspective. Every time one of us clicks on this thread the number moves up. I would assume that anybody who has posted will click on it at least once or twice a day (at least I do).
So, the number represents the number of clicks, not a new reader. But, what's more important is that each person will probably tell 10 of their friends about this thread and the problems with Thor. That will be way more than the 8,900 'views'.
Example, if we have 2,000 'new' people and they tell 10 friends each, that's 20,000 people who hear about this thread.

The Thor owner's group at IRV2 has a sticky about the slides. Giving dealers who can correct the slideout problems.
Seems like a lot of folks happy with their Palazzos. Just like any brand there are good an bad units that can come off the line. QC is non existant. 2 units can roll off the line wired completely different and that amazes me. Like I said before, a lot of happy Thor owners out there and every brand has it's issues. Not excusing OP's issues but I (as a Thor owner) am not sure I am ready to haul them into the square and stone them. - Teacher_s_PetExplorerThe Thor owner's group at IRV2 has a sticky about the slides. This is the thing that gets to me..The manufacturer doesn't care..how many purchases did they cost them that have read this...?...they don't care..oh we will take care of it?...the thing shouldn't have left the factory that way and for their embarrassment they don't go out of the way for the customer....????
They need to A. Admit mistake B. Make things right with customer by giving them a fresh unit that factory does FULL PDI with..C. Take old one back to factory and have people LEARN from it......
The companies I have worked for in the past use this thought process on defective products and any company that doesn't is one to be avoided. I for one now have a totally different mindset for Thor products after reading through this post. I see Motorhome magazine has an article on a new Thor Small Class A on an E350 Ford Chassis. I would not touch that thing with a ten foot pole. I am sooooo glad we did not spring for the new Palazzo. So glad! 93mastercraft I am really sorry for all your woes but it has helped some of us learn a valuable lesson albeit at your expense. We can only hope others do their research and learn from this.

- fredbonExplorerWith all these problems, Thor will replace Fleetwood as the "Don't Buy At Any Price" brand from the 1990's.
