- lawrosaExplorerThe two #'s are telling you what the max combined weight of trailer and the vehicle you can tow.
The two weights are dependent on what motor you have. The v8 or the v10...
The motor home could be 9313 lbs. Best to take it to the scale - HarvardExplorer

Does the OCCC (in this case 2187) assume full tanks or empty?
ANS: Empty Fresh Water, Gray, and Black Tanks
If the OCCC is 2187 and the GVWR is 11,500 does that mean this MH weighs 9313 pounds?
Approx, actual weights will vary.
Then, the GCWR shows 13,000/18,500. Why two numbers and what are they telling me?
Not sure about 13,000, Max combined MH and TOAD 18,500
Thanks in advance. I really appreciate this forum helping me make an informed choice.

I believe the OCCC assumes full fuel and propane, but no water.
That motor home should weigh 9313# with full fuel, propane and no water.
I'll assume lawrosa is correct with the GCWR numbers depending on which engine is chosen - the 5.4L or 6.8L.
They are telling you the maximum weight your motor home, fully loaded, with passengers, and what ever is being towed is rated for. - HarvardExplorerOn second or third thought, the GCWR of 13,000/18,500 MAY mean Total Combined MH and TOW 13,000 with out AUX Braking and 18,500 with the tow having AUX Braking. Just a guess.
- Beverley_KenExplorerOn checking the Winnebago site, GCWR. Specs page, the 13000s for models built on an E350 chassis and the 18500 (A) is for units built on the E450 chassis. Big difference.

I don't think so, since the (A) is for the E350 chassis, while (B) is for the E450 chassis. It looks like the difference is probably from whether it has the V8 or the V10 engine.
The E350 comes standard with the V8 and the V10 is an option. The V10 comes standard on the E450, so there's only one GCWR figure for the E450. - TravellingTradeExplorerThanks all, that is super helpful. The RV sales guy I'm working with thought all tanks were empty so when I added 55 gallons of gas, LP, water, etc that was over 1000# right there.
What you are saying makes much more sense and leaves us with plenty of weight for gear.
Beverly and Ken where do I find that information on Winnebago's site? - Mich_FExplorer

Sales guys frequently don't know what they are talking about. :B
That information is under specifications
http://www.gowinnebago.com/products/2014/minnie_winnie_minnie_winnie_premier/specifications/
but I'm fairly certain it's not correct.
One more thing you might not be aware of, is that it is quite common to get 25% or more off the MSRP. - Beverley_KenExplorerBack home now (not relying on campground internet and an I-phone). Checked the Winnebago brochures and Ford specs The GCWR 13000 is for the E-350 chassis with the V-8 and the GCWR 18500 is for the E-350 chassis with the V-10, optional on the 22R.
Sorry for the original mis-information and long response:
