Coach-Net SO Frustrating / Good Sam Here I Come
I got a year free with Coach-Net due to buying a new Class C.
Needed them once & sat on hold for a long time so hung up.
Ford roadside assistance picked up immediately (ironically, they outsource their roadside assistance to Coach-Net but the call got picked up at least).
Now trying to renew with Coach-Net.
Both their renewal letter & the renewal section of their website list plans that are not described in the plans section of their website.
For example: Renewal section of website defaults to the "Gold" plan. Try to find anything on their website explaining what the Gold plan covers.
Called them. Agent said just do the Gold plan but couldn't really explain why.
Then e-mailed them. Was told I'd get a response in 2 days. That was about 10 days ago & I'm still waiting.
At this point, I think I am going to go the Good Sam route just because I know what I will get. It's even more money.
