Jayco sewer and water pipe diagrams

I guess my persistence paid off. Jayco sent the electrical diagrams too. This was there response.

I do apologize for the inconvenience as there has been some confusion in regards to Jayco policy in regards to issuing schematics to a retail customer still inside the warranty period. I have attached the 12 volt and 110 schematic along with a disclaimer stating Jayco will take no responsibility in any way of any negative outcome due to the customers use of the schematic.
I again apologize for the inconvenience and stress this has caused you. If we can be of service to you in other ways in the future, please feel free to contact us again at your convenience.

Hang up and call right back, get a different customer service rep and, "Sure, not problem."

You have had that experience at Jayco? Seems like 99.9% of the times I have called I got Judy, and if she couldn't answer something on the spot, she would find someone who could.

The "no drawing while under warranty" is frustrating but do I understand their reasoning. Besides if you really wanted to push it, just call up and say you just purchased the trailer 2nd hand -- no warranty then.

Well my luck ran out. Today I requested electrical diagrams from Jayco but my request was declined. This was their reply:

"I am sorry, Unfortunately, Jayco's policy states, no electrical prints
can be supplied to the retail customer while the warranty is still in effect due to liability reasons. Jayco does recommend all repairs and installation of
accessories to be performed by a trained RV technician. If you are having issues with the wiring or electrical of your unit please contact your selling or closest Jayco dealer."

So I'll wait until my warranty expires to request a copy. The customer service representative stated that extended warranties do not affect their policy because Jayco doesn't sell extended warranties.

However, the electrical diagram wasn't needed near as much as the sewer and water pipe prints.

I'm glad to know that the construction and electrical diagrams are available as well. I mainly wanted a copy of the diagrams in case a water or sewer line froze during this bad weather and I needed to make a repair on the road.

I would be glad to email the diagrams to anyone who owns the same make and model. I couldn't figure out how to attach the pdf drawings to this forum. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The diagrams seem to be specific to my model, as they look like the same configuration as my camper. However, I could be wrong.

A few users on jaycoowners.com had the same issue. Apparently their policy changed and they are not supposed to give out diagrams for TTs built in the last two years but that depends on who gets the call or the e-mail. I'm guessing their logic is to discourage owners from making modifications to a TT that is under warranty. Diagrams for a Flights made in the past 4-5 years probably haven't changed in the wiring or plumbing area...whatever changes they made in the past few years were probably cosmetic.

One thing really nice about Jayco is they will send you wall construct diagrams and electrical wiring diagrams of your RV.
Just try that with other RV manufacturers. Keystone won't give you any diagrams.

I have nothing but good dealings with JAYCO for drawings and schematics etc... All they have ever asked from me was my VIN NUMBER...

OK, so what are you going to use the diagrams for.

When I had a Jayco an email got me all kinds of info. What is in a wall, good anchor points etc. Like any co though sometimes you reach a lazy employee that makes excuses. That is why I try to get the name of the person I am talking to.
