Crystal headlights and Signal lights

I have a 2002 Bounder I would like to change out the orange front Signal lights to the clear/Crystal lights I know the head lights are 1996 ford van? Anyone know about the Front Signal lights? They look like 2000 Tahoe lights but not sure? Thanks
