No need to camp to see critters...

We frequently get a variety of critters visiting our yard but our favorites are the Bobcats{we also get Mule Deer, Coyotes, Hawks and Owl's as well}. Momma and the twins have been visiting on a regular basis, often spending hours in our back yard. We can watch without disturbing through our sliding glass doors though it does degrade the photo quality a bit.

The games played by the twins often mimic real world hunting skills such as stalking. Mom typically brings the family a fresh killed rabbit and when lunch is through there never so much as a scrap before mom sets out on another hunt leaving the kids to play at our place. Even when she is gone for hours the Kitt's remain right where she left them.

Nice! I used to greatly enjoy watching the grey fox family that visited my yard in suburban Chula Vista. Now I live in a mobile home park with a lake that is visited by all sorts of migratory birds. Having wildlife right in our yards can be considered either a colossal pain (mess, destruction, danger) or an opportunity to watch without having to take an expensive trip to see them. Or both. Thanks for sharing your photos.

Bob cats would be great to watch. I am betting you cannot have any small animals of your own however. I have more deer than I know what to do with, but while they raise hell with the garden they are harmless. We have the usual ground hogs, squirrels, and Muskrats, lots of cottontails and all of this living in the city limits. I envy you getting to watch Bob cats.

All I can say is I am very envious.
We get all kinds of wildlife visiting but never anything this exotic.
