Grey Tank won't drain, doesn't fill.

My bathroom grey tank on my 2012 Surveyor TT 301 does not drain. It also always shows empty. My sink and shower do not back up but will occasionally run slow. Took the dump valve off today and no water would come out if we ran water into the sink....

Battery charger with equalization
