Start with the basics

120VAC Outlet fridge power cord plusg into.....does it have AC Power?
(Voltmeter)
NO...then find source of AC to that outlet and reset it (120VAC Circuit Breaker, GFCI etc)
YES...then need to check if the 120VAC FUSE on fridge is blown.
If blown..replace it and most likely need to replace heating element (reason fuse blew)

Since it says "no ac" the element is likely fine but not getting power.

Check to see if your GFI is tripped a bad 120 volt element will trip the GFI. If GFI is good check to see if you have 120 volts where the refer plugs in. If GFI and 120v outlet is good. Next check the ohm reading between the two leads of the element,(manual will give you an ohm reading range)if not shorted or open plug 120 volt element directly into 120 volt outlet, if cooling works you know the problem is in the circuit board,fuses or connections. Let us know what you find.

While you're in the outside compartment see if there is a standard wall plug that the refrigerator is plugged into. If so try plugging something like a fan or radio in and make sure there is power.

The light is 12V. The AC operation consists of the plug, a fuse, a relay and an element.

Check the receptacle under the outside cover for power. If that’s good there’s a fuse on the fridge control board that may be blown. Lastly the electric element itself could be bad.

Do you get any error codes when you put it on AC mode or does it just not get cold?

Lastly, what model number is it so you can get more direct responses?
